— Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and eipwin (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at eipwin.net (the "Site"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the eipwin platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease all access to and use of the eipwin platform immediately.

eipwin reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the applicable effective date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eipwin's services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional activities, and deposit/withdrawal functions — you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing eipwin on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by law;
• All information you provide to eipwin during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, truthful, and current.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

eipwin is an adult platform exclusively. The following eligibility requirements apply without exception:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on eipwin, and to access any gaming or wagering service offered by the platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

eipwin is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your name);
• A selfie or video verification where required.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. eipwin reserves the right to request verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one (1) registered account on eipwin. The creation of multiple accounts for any purpose — including to claim duplicate bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Registration

When registering an eipwin account, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your own name and linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable;
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted via your account credentials;
• You will notify eipwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• You will not share account access with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Account details must be updated promptly if your registered mobile number, email address, or banking details change.

eipwin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eipwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard debit card. All transactions are processed in PKR without currency conversion.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200;
• You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own legal name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and fund reversal;
• Deposits are credited to your eipwin balance after successful verification by the payment processor — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability;
• Standard withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five (5) minutes of request under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution;
• eipwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending KYC verification or fraud investigation;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established (see Section 5).

4.4 Currency & Fees

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on eipwin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. eipwin does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party processing fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider, if any, are your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eipwin offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players with verified accounts who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts or shared devices constitute bonus abuse;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page;
• eipwin reserves the right to void any bonus and resulting winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been misused or obtained in bad faith;
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issue. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited;
• eipwin may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on eipwin are provided by certified third-party gaming software developers. The rules, house edge, and Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game category are governed by the respective game provider's technical specifications and are available within the game interface.

• eipwin's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and approved by recognised auditing bodies;
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels) observed in real time via video stream — results cannot be modified after the game round commences;
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection, server error, or game disruption — eipwin reserves the right to void any affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance;
• Decisions made by eipwin's gaming team regarding disputed game outcomes are final.

7. Responsible Gaming

eipwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your eipwin account dashboard;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session timeouts to manage time spent on the platform;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the eipwin platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure;
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of your session duration and wagering activity;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the eipwin platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one eipwin account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the eipwin platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering, fraud, theft);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any other gaming activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings derived from a platform error must be reported and will be voided;
• Attempting to reverse-charge any deposit made to eipwin through fraudulent chargeback claims;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating duplicate accounts or structuring deposits to manipulate bonus eligibility;
• Using the eipwin platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from eipwin management.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the eipwin platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, game interfaces, text, logos, and branding — is the proprietary intellectual property of eipwin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the eipwin platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of eipwin's intellectual property without explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eipwin shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from interruptions to service, technical faults, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of eipwin's gaming services;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account closure for policy violations;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game software providers, or telecommunications carriers.

eipwin provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure service availability and accuracy, no warranty is given regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by eipwin is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the eipwin Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes;
• eipwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data may be shared with licensed third-party KYC and payment processing providers under strict confidentiality obligations;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable regulatory retention requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eipwin reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, eipwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. In all cases, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the eipwin platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming law standards under which eipwin holds its licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, eipwin's first course of action is to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may submit any complaint or dispute in the first instance to [email protected]. eipwin aims to resolve all account disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under eipwin's applicable licensing jurisdiction. Both parties agree to exhaust all available platform-level dispute resolution processes before pursuing external legal remedies.
